Frequently Asked Questions
All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment from our facility. We ship all of our own items 99% of the time and on rare occasions some items may ship from one of our partner farms in Colorado, Arkansas, Oregon, California, or Utah. While we strive to get orders out within 72 hours at times order volume prevents that from happening, so please allow up to 7 business days prior to making harassing phone calls to our staff. We assure you we are working around the clock to keep up with orders as well as expanding every day.
Please note, we very rarely have lost or stolen packages in the mail but keep in mind the industry you are dealing in now, and the value of these items. There’s been times packages disappear in the USPS system, we provide tracking confirmation upon shipment but we are not liable once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you wish to add additional insurance on the package, please contact us via email or phone to do so. We will NOT be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they are dropped off at Denver Post Office. By purchasing you agree to these terms and conditions.
No we do not sell any products that are derived from or contain any extracted cannabinoids from Marijuana. All of our products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain below .3% Delta 9 Thc and are 100% always derived from legally grown Industrial Hemp and is third party tested for potency.
